Shipping:

Each keycap is designed and handmade to order and requires several days to fully set, and possibly additional time to remake any keycaps that are not up to standards. Please allow up to 1 week + shipping time to receive your order.

SUNLIGHT:

Jewel Keycaps uses the highest quality epoxy resin on the market specifically to prevent yellowing. However, all epoxy resin is prone to yellowing if it is exposed to excess sunlight. To keep your keycaps looking beautiful, avoid leaving them in sunlight.
