Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with me! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping:

Processing Time: All of my items are made to order. The keycaps are made of epoxy resin, which takes up to 1 week to fully set, and I also need time to remake any keycaps that are not up to standards. Because of this, my typical processing time is up to 3 weeks to ensure quality and craftsmanship. However, during less busy times or when I'm able to build a backlog, I may be able to ship your order sooner. I'll do our best to keep you updated on your order’s status.

Shipping Speed: Once your item has shipped, the delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier, and any unforeseen delays. 

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
